The Comprehensive Plan covers e-mail and phone support for all RESUMate technical issues, plus includes one-on-one help for “how-to” questions such as using RESUMate to create reports, manage e-mail campaigns, import records from spreadsheets, perform a wide range of CRM functions, and more. Also includes one-on-one online training as needed for current users and start up training for new users.
