I tried a number of recruitment softwares before deciding to go with RESUMate.  For the lonewolf recruiter like myself, it's pretty ideal.

The functionality is exceptional and the online seminars to get up to speed on all of its features are free.  Customer service and tech support are very responsive and patient.

I'd give it a 9.5/10.
